Insight180 would like to welcome our summer intern, Sara Nowaskey! Sara is a senior at Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland, where she is majoring in Graphic Design. She is excited to join the insight180 team for a few months and looks forward to soaking in all the knowledge and experience she can – from creating and refining designs and understanding brand campaigns, to observing and working with clients.
Sara is already familiar with design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. She is eager to work on social media graphics, email design, production and WordPress. Sara’s first day was slated for the day after Memorial Day, which also happened to be right after the recent Ellicott City flood (May 27, 2018). So her experience at insight180 will be entirely unique and give a new/different perspective on how businesses are run.
“Go with the flow” is already proving to be the entire team’s adopted theme, and Sara is fitting right in. On her first day, she was put right to work and has graciously taken on tasks such as sorting through wet documents, then organizing, recording and electronically storing them. Whether running errands, picking up mail or “cutting” out photos, she does it with a smile. Sara’s already had a chance to help create graphics for insight180 communications, work with the team on client logos and learn from everyone in the office.
